SPEECH & DRAMA PERFORMANCE FESTIVAL

The ESU Victorian Branch sponsors the Speech & Drama Teachers’ Association of Victoria annual Performance Festival by providing financial support for student speech & drama prizes and for other expenses associated with the running of the Festival.

Our sponsorship over several years has encouraged young people to express themselves more confidently, and to participate in the performing arts.

Click HERE to access our Media Release about the 2021 sponsorship. (Please note that the Festival couldn't be held in 2021 because of health restrictions relating to the COVIC-19 pandemic, but was conducted successfully in August 2022.) 

We have also sponsored two subsequent Performance Festivals. The 2023 Festival attracted strong competition. The 2024 event (on Sunday 25 August) is expected to be even bigger and stronger.
